These terms cover your use of Halloway, a riddle game published by No Evil Star LLC. By playing — and by creating an account — you agree to them.
The game
Halloway is provided for personal entertainment. The puzzles, text, artwork, and code are the property of No Evil Star LLC; please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or publish solutions or spoilers that would ruin the game for others.
Accounts
An account is optional and used only to sync your progress and (later) carry any purchases. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide a real email address so password resets reach you. You must be at least 13 to create an account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Purchases
Any paid content is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and is subject to their terms and refund policies. Pricing and what's included are shown at the point of purchase.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, abuse the account or email systems, or access other players' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
No warranty; limitation of liability
Halloway is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Evil Star LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
